Elections for the President of Romania in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The Permanent Electoral Authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of Romania in The Hague will organize the elections for the President of Romania in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in May 2025.

First round of voting

• - Friday, May 2, 2025: 07:00 – 21:00
• - Saturday, May 3, 2025: 07:00 – 21:00
• - Sunday, May 4, 2025: 07:00 – 20:00 (21:00 Romanian time)

Second round of voting

• - Friday, May 16, 2025: 07:00 – 21:00
• - Saturday, May 17, 2025: 07:00 – 21:00
• - Sunday, May 18, 2025: 07:00 – 20:00 (21:00 Romanian time)

On Sunday, the last day of both rounds of the presidential elections, voting will end at 21:00 Romanian time, which is 20:00 local time in the Netherlands.

Romanian citizens eligible to vote may exercise this right by presenting a valid Romanian identity card or a valid Romanian passport.
